Smuin Ballet: Christmas Dance Show

Featuring a delightful combination of tap, swing, and ballet, this will be performed through December 29 at a variety of venues around the city.

A Charlie Brown Christmas: Live!

Join us at Davies Symphony Hall from December 21-23 as Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and the rest of the Peanuts characters take the stage.  Featuring live actors set against an animated backdrop, accompanied by the smooth and jazzy sounds of Vince Guaraldi’s original music, this holiday classic is sure to please kids of all ages.  

SF Ballet: The Nutcracker

Another beloved holiday tradition, the San Francisco Ballet’s performance of Tchaikovsky’s classical ballet can be seen from December 11-29 at the War Memorial Opera House.

 A.C.T. – A Christmas Carol

Nothing onstage could possibly summon up the spirit of Christmas as this American Conservatory Theater’s production of Dickens’ classic tale. Featuring Scrooge, Marley, Tiny Tim, and a trio of Christmas ghosts, “A Christmas Carol” will be performed at the Geary Theater through December 24.
